the staff was friendly and helpful. they stored my luggage upon arrival and after i checked out. the location is near several metro stations , so getting around was easy. i could also walk to many attractions in about thirty minutes.

my room was a bit small , with very little space for clothes. there were also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. the reception area felt quite small.

the room was clean and spacious enough. there was a view of the eiffel tower from rooms. rooms are uniquely decorated , with attention to detail. the shower head was plenty high enough.

the hotel is in a quiet location , yet central. many tourist attractions are within walking distance. rue montorguiel , an amazing street for food , is about ten minutes away. the hotel is close to the bourse de commerce and louvre.

the breakfast offered savory and sweet options. it included fresh bread and coffee. the hotel has a restaurant that serves good food and wine. there are many good restaurants and bakeries in walking distance.

the service was friendly and relaxed. the staff gave me excellent recommendations for food and drinks. check-in was smooth , even after midnight. the staff member sarah was very attentive.

the room itself, not great. it was small. real small. and the 'superior' bit? i think thats the view of the scaffolding outside the window. it was cold, i could have used a kettle, but no such luck. they got one downstairs, but who wants to trot down for a cuppa?

the location was great. i could walk to many places i wanted. several metro stations were also a short walk away, about three minutes. the staff was friendly, they gave welcome drinks. it was easy to store our luggage on arrival and departure.
